Depends on what you're looking for. Mono-steel (Single steel, Stainless or High Carbon) chef knives start around $450. Filets and Boning knives start at $350. The base line knives include your choice of stabilized high quality handle material, choice of steel and HRC, as well as full tang or hidden tang design. Upgrades like Damascus, San Mai, Go Mai, Fordite, Mammoth Molar, Walrus Ivory, Ferret Claw, Owl Beak, or Narwal Tusk will cost extra, and the price of these things is added on to the base price. So If you want an 8" Chef knife with Damascus, The cost would be $450 for the knife plus the cost of the damascus. If the damascus cost 350 (about average) then the knife cost would be $800. Make sense? Just shoot us an email. Prices can vary greatly depending on what you have in mind.
Maybe you shouldn't. It's not for everyone. If you're a pro who's serious about their tools, or a home cook that takes their culinary adventures seriously, you came to the right place.
If you're someone who appreciates handmade heirloom quality, great one on one customer service, and a personalized touch that makes your knives all your own, keep reading.
If you checked the price and scoffed, immediately thinking about how many Victorinox you could buy with that money, this probably isn't the place for you. We don't do discounts or sales. Prices are what they are, because its worth it.
Shoot Matt an email. Or a message on Instagram or Facebook. If you're prepared, it makes things easier, but if not, that's cool too. Here are some of the questions you'll hear as he tries to make sure he builds exactly what you need - What kind of knife do you want? What blade size? What type of steel (Stainless, High Carbon, Damascus, San Mai?) What will you use the knife for? Full Tang or Hidden tang? What's your cutting style (do you push or rock?) How do you hold your knife? Did you have a color in mind for the handle?
Once all the questions are answered, just sit back and wait. You'll get a time table that can range anywhere from a couple weeks to a few months depending on his workload and what materials you've requested. Every knife is handmade, and that shit takes time. Matt will keep you posted, sending progress pics and a video of the final product before you're asked for payment.
Every knife comes in a handmade box. Matt's dad makes them, they're nice!
You'll also get a sticker, and some detailed care instructions.
Oh yea, and a knife that's guaranteed for life - as long you don't do something stupid like put it in the dishwasher. Free sharpening for life as well, just pay for the trip.

All I want to know is how many people are checking out my knives. I don't care about any other info. Really.
